1. Use of the Property
- Use is by appointment only. Each reservation grants private access for the time slot selected.
- All dogs must be supervised and may be off-leash.
- Please clean up after your dog(s) and dispose of waste in the provided bins.
- Do not enter the property before your time slot or stay after it ends.
2. User Responsibilities
- You assume all risks associated with using the property, including injury to yourself, your dog(s), or others.
- You are responsible for the behavior and safety of your dog(s) during your visit.
3. Liability Waiver
- BeeSmiles is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from use of the property.
- By booking, you agree to release and hold harmless the property owner and operators from any claims.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made before the start of the reservation will be refunded in full.
- No refunds for late arrivals, no-shows, or cancellations after the start time of the reservation.
5. Website Use
- You may not misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality.
- All content on this site is owned by BeeSmiles and may not be copied or used without permission.
6. Privacy
- We collect only the personal information needed to process bookings.
- Your information will not be shared or sold to third parties.
7. Modifications
- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
